My Fluffy Pillows

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Let's start off by saying that the transport system in Puerto Vallarta.

No doubt, the fleet of buses that they have are not entirely new or air conditioned, service was excellent. The waiting time was around an average of less than 10 minutes every time we needed a ride. The drivers provide change if you pay them in excess. Plus, they stop you anywhere along the bus route even if there are no designated bus stops.

Stealing a shot on our bumpy ride.

Puerto Vallarta in black and white. (in case you failed to notice, that's my big face)

Our daily must-go-to place - blame Americanisation :P

I guess quite contrary to the impression most of us have of Mexico, it didn't seem as dangerous as what I had in mind. The people were friendly and because of the strong dependence of tourism, most of the natives are able to communicate in simple English. The only words that exists in my Spanish vocabulary are gracis, amigo, siempre and hola!

Getting lost along the streets.

Along the beach front.

We are all set to go on a long boat ride the next day when we saw this.

The rescue team was already at the scene, taming the fire.

This scene got the attention of everyone along the beach front with the cameras and cellphones in the air trying to capture the moment. Talk about a Stomp moment in Mexico!

I checked with one of the restaurant owners and he assured that this is the first time he saw something like this happen throughout his entire career life working at the coast of the beach.

Anyway, I already paid for my ride tomorrow. Heck~
