Parking Woes
Do you need to display a parking coupon or not when you spot a board looking like this.
Is the centre piece deliberately taken down?
Just in case you are not aware of how the board should actually look like, here's some help.

If anyone is that argumentative to not display a coupon despite it being Holland V - summon hot spot. All I can say is, you have balls.
